Decision-making to enhance guest experiences is a key responsibility, aligning with the company’s aim to deliver the ultimate travel experience. The Sommelier ensures team members understand Seabourn’s vision and mission, fostering adherence to established guidelines. Reporting directly to the Sommelier, with support from the Public Rooms Manager, the Assistant Sommelier oversees a team consisting of up to 15 Bar Waiters, 10 Bartenders, and 2 utilities, maintaining professional-level reporting relationships.
