Production Manager

Job Responsibilities Include:

• Preparation and upkeep of the facilities and shows as assigned.
• Managing a small team of our onboard production department.
• Providing technical production for entertainment programs, lectures, and activities.
• Professional preparation of equipment, sets, props, lights, rigging, etc.
• Maintaining all equipment and related items to the required standard and reporting any needed repairs to the supervisor.
• Maintaining adequate levels of supplies, reporting any deficit to the Crew Chief.

Qualifications:

• Excellent technical and creative skills in both audio and lighting.
• Knowledge of stage and broadcast technology from Industry leaders such as Digico, Yamaha, Green Hippo, Black Magic, and MA Lighting.
• Experience with systems such as QLab and Pro Tools is desirable.
• Experience with the setup and operation of audio-visual equipment.
• Strong leadership, team building, and communication qualities.
• Minimum of 3 years’ professional experience in live event, broadcast, or theatre industries.
• Command of the English language, both verbal and written.
