Guest Service and Experience Ownership:
- Demonstrate commitment to service excellence program and experiential ownership approach to support achieving KPI targets.
- Utilize and embrace MedallionClass products, services, and applications.
- Take ownership of consistent product delivery and promptly address any shortcomings impacting guest experience.
- Engage in meaningful interactions with guests, fostering genuine conversation whenever possible.
- Apply Service Excellence philosophy consistently.
- Ensure guest satisfaction by collaborating with onboard teammates to resolve issues and deliver outstanding experiences.
Financial Responsibility:
- Record guest and teammate orders accurately and promptly using onboard POS system.
- Correctly account for any incorrect drink orders and charges.
- Promote company initiatives to guests while ensuring their beverage experience remains enjoyable.
- Follow beverage accounting procedures and report irregularities to Bar Supervisor or Bar Manager.
- Assist in bar inventory accounts as directed.
- Take full ownership and accountability for inventory when assigned to the crew bar.
