Guest Service and Experience Ownership:

  3. Take ownership of consistent product delivery and promptly address any shortcomings impacting guest experience.

  6. Ensure guest satisfaction by collaborating with onboard teammates to resolve issues and deliver outstanding experiences.

Financial Responsibility:

  1. Record guest and teammate orders accurately and promptly using onboard POS system.
  2. Correctly account for any incorrect drink orders and charges.
  3. Promote company initiatives to guests while ensuring their beverage experience remains enjoyable.
  4. Follow beverage accounting procedures and report irregularities to Bar Supervisor or Bar Manager.
  5. Assist in bar inventory accounts as directed.
  6. Take full ownership and accountability for inventory when assigned to the crew bar.
