Customer Service:
- Respond promptly and calmly to requests from Guests or crew members.
- Deliver customer service within agreed timeframes and quality standards to ensure Guest satisfaction.
- Immediately address complaints and customer service issues, or escalate them to the line manager for swift resolution.

- Load dish and glass washing machines correctly to minimize breakages and damages.
- Handle and stack cutlery, crockery, and glasses properly.
- Maintain and care for equipment following standard operating procedures.
