Hotel Assistant Bar

Customer Service:

• Respond promptly and calmly to requests from Guests or crew members.
• Deliver customer service within agreed timeframes and quality standards to ensure Guest satisfaction.
• Immediately address complaints and customer service issues, or escalate them to the line manager for swift resolution.
• Maintain a polite and friendly demeanor with Guests and crew members across all areas of the ship.

Revenue Generation:

• Proactively work towards achieving set revenue targets.
• Utilize specialist knowledge to inform Guests about products and positively influence revenue generation.

Food Hygiene:

• Adhere to correct policies and procedures regarding food and bar hygiene at all times.
• Keep all food and bar preparation equipment and spaces clean and sanitized according to company policy.

Cleaning:

• Use appropriate chemicals and equipment for cleaning tasks.
• Follow cleaning schedules and ensure all areas are cleaned to agreed standards.
• Load dish and glass washing machines correctly to minimize breakages and damages.
• Handle and stack cutlery, crockery, and glasses properly.
• Maintain and care for equipment following standard operating procedures.
