  7. Proactively informing guests about safety procedures and regulations, maintaining social distancing rules, and supporting health standards such as temperature screening and sanitization.

  8. Supporting an effective health and safety culture on board by strictly following HESS regulations and reporting any observed violations to the Head of Department.
