Requirements:

Responsibilities:
- Conduct gambling games according to rules and regulations outlined in the Gaming Manual.
- Report any discrepancies or questionable incidents to the Casino Manager to ensure fairness.
- Refer any disputes involving guests to the Supervisor to prevent or resolve issues.
- Perform revenue counts as directed by Casino management to facilitate integration.
- Assist with day-to-day operational needs as required by Casino Management.
- Maintain a safe work environment by adhering to safety policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth and efficient gaming table operations.
- Take ownership of results, proactively make decisions, and monitor progress.
- Prioritize guest satisfaction by delivering excellent service in line with brand standards.
- Communicate effectively, work well in a team, and demonstrate respect for diversity.
