Responsibilities:

  • Ensure excellent table service and promote new sales to increase Bar revenue and enhance guest satisfaction according to Bar manual.
  • Clean and set up assigned Bar lounge with proper materials and sanitation rules for service start.
  • Maintain setup, prepare snacks, and provide continuous cleaning during shift to ensure service.
  • Clean Bar lounge at end of shift and assist with storing materials for spotless readiness the next day.
  • Report guest complaints to superiors for fast and effective resolution if unable to address directly.
  • Contribute to safety culture by actively following safety policies and procedures.
  • Think strategically and focus on financial results.
  • Prioritize guest and internal client satisfaction, delivering excellent service quality in line with brand positioning.
  • Communicate effectively, work in team, build networks, and demonstrate transparency and respect, considering and respecting diversity.
