Responsibilities:

  • Serve drinks to passengers/crew in compliance with Responsible Service of Alcohol policies, promptly reporting excessive alcohol consumption to supervisors.
  • Actively promote set campaigns to increase bar cash profit, exceeding targets and accurately entering passengers’ billing information.
  • Assist in controlling bar budget costs by ensuring cost-effective use of products, equipment, and cleaning materials.
  • Follow all working and cleaning routines to maintain the appearance and condition of glasses, equipment, and bottles to required standards.
  • Maintain neatness and tidiness of the outlet, setting up and clearing the area before and after service periods, and promptly reporting any equipment repairs.
  • Adhere to food service standards and Olly Smith wine service standards and knowledge when working in the Glass House.
  • Assist with outside catering events and provide passenger assistance, including baggage services, on embarkation/disembarkation days.
  • Support the F&B department by undertaking allocated duties within the entire F&B area as needed.
