Asst Electrician

Tasks:
- Perform daily checks of main switchboards and substations, assessing their operating range and understanding electrical symbols and drawings.
- Operate medium/low voltage switchboards onboard, including the emergency switchboard, with knowledge of force distribution and utility locations.
- Manage intervention systems in guest areas, processing Work Requests and Orders, conducting general checks, and maintaining electrical equipment.
- Assist Electrician Officers in operating safety equipment and electrical machines related to deck, galley, laundry, and bar machinery.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electronic or Electrical Field and Industrial Automation preferred. Certification as an Electrician is advantageous.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an Electrician onboard vessels and 2 years in maintenance service in industrial plants on shore.
- Holding COP III/7 per STCW is mandatory.
- Proficient in the English language.
