Job Responsibilities Include:

• Maintaining technical performance standards for associated audio equipment in a variety of venues.
• Conducting daily inspections of portable and permanent audio equipment, ensuring proper function, or taking necessary action for repair.
• Maintaining a high level of skill in advanced audio principles, analog and digital consoles, and RADAR playback systems.
• Assisting the Technical Department with general repairs and operations as directed by the Senior Production Manager and Cruise Director.
• Communicating technical assistance required to onboard management teams.
• Preparing clear and accurate handover notes and facilitating a comprehensive handover to incoming team members.
• All duties must be completed following the company Core Values and all aspects of the Service Essentials program.

Qualifications:

• Graduate from a recognized theater program or at least two years of related technical theater experience.
• Experience operating and maintaining large-format consoles and mixed media playback.
• Must have experience in live audio engineering for various event sizes.
• Must be able to interact and co-operate with other technicians and performers on an individual and team basis.
• Command of the English language, both verbal and written.
