Education & Professional Experience:
- Primary School education
- At least 1 year of experience in technical services or theaters
Main Responsibilities:
- Supports the Stage Manager in supervising dressing rooms, set design, and technical equipment to ensure readiness for shows and maintains cleanliness before and after performances for safety.
- Responsible for setting up the stage to prepare for planned shows or activities, including positioning and removing scenery during performances.
- Attends all rehearsals and activities in the theatre, including conferences and lectures, to provide requested assistance.
- Assists with activities in lounges and/or on the pool deck and supports lounge technicians when necessary.
- Helps musicians and artists with their equipment during embarkation and disembarkation days to ensure timely and safe operation.
- Operates follow-spot or camera during shows or travel talks as needed to support the technical team and enhance Guest experience.
- Takes an active part in a work environment that supports a successful safety culture.
- Dynamic contributor in following safety policies and procedures.
