Job Profile & Description:
- Maintains contact with Guests during the cruise to promote entertainment activities.
- Involves Guests in animation activities to socialize and help them interact with each other, paying special attention to include isolated individuals and removing language barriers.
- Organizes animation activities to meet Guests’ expectations and needs.
- Manages Guest complaints by taking direct action or referring them to the Chief Adult Animator or relevant department for a fast and effective solution.
- Collaborates in other activities held by the Entertainment Department and other departments for revenue purposes, following the Entertainment working schedule.
- Participates in daily meetings with the Adult Animation Team to plan and organize work activities.
- Manages and provides assistance at the “Rope Garden Park” where present, after receiving specific training.
- Actively contributes to a work environment that supports a successful safety culture, following safety policies and procedures.
- Follows instructions regarding Covid-19 spread prevention protocols.
- Supports an effective health and safety culture by proactively informing Guests of any infringements or missing application of procedures and reporting critical situations to the Head of Department.
- Maintains a responsible approach by applying social distancing rules even during non-working activities.
- Monitors Guest activities during excursions to ensure compliance with service standards and safety procedures.
- Supports the new organization of onboard activities by performing tasks to enhance health standards, such as temperature screening, sanitization of the workplace, and providing instructions to passengers.
