Adult Animation Assistant

  • Welcomes and maintains contact with Guests throughout the cruise to execute various procedures (e.g., embarkation/disembarkation duties, tour dispatching, gangway duties, credit card registration) with an outgoing personality and spirit.
  • Supports the Adult Animation team in various activities (e.g., setting up decorations and scenery, maintaining costumes, costume laundry, Library, Toboga, public events).
  • Collaborates in other Animation activities and revenue-generating purposes with other departments as needed, following the Entertainment working schedule.
  • Checks and maintains Adult Animation materials, reporting any damage or spoilage to the Chief Adult Animator.
  • Manages Guests’ complaints by taking direct action or referring them to the Chief Adult Animator or relevant department for a fast and effective solution.
  • Participates in daily meetings with the Adult Animation Team to plan and organize working activities.
  • Takes an active part in a work environment that supports a successful safety culture, contributing dynamically to following safety policies and procedures.
  • Thinks strategically, with a broad and forward-thinking approach, focusing on financial results.
  • Communicates effectively, works in a team, develops networks, adopts a transparent and respectful approach, and relates to others while considering and respecting diversity.
  • Puts Guests and internal clients at the center, being service-driven, ensuring excellent service quality, and exceeding expectations in line with brand positioning.
