Experience / Qualifications:
- Desirable experience working with both sound and lighting systems
- Desirable experience in large venues with various entertainment programs like concerts, theater, and individual acts
- Sound knowledge of Health & Safety within Production
- Good command of written and spoken English
Technical Knowledge:
- Proficient in setting up and operating technical entertainment equipment
- Capable of painting, repairing, and moving set scenery
- Able to provide technical support to productions, acts, and events
- Assists with staging aspects of performances, attends rehearsals and band calls, and conducts set changes and equipment maintenance as required
Quality Standards:
- Follows correct quality standards for Production services, ensuring work is carried out safely, efficiently, and in accordance with all safety and company regulations
Tech Safety:
- Safely uses tools required for the role
- Ensures personal protective equipment (PPE) is complete and in suitable condition for work at all times
Customer Service:
- Responds promptly and calmly to requests from passengers or crew members
- Delivers customer service within acceptable timeframes and quality standards, ensuring passenger satisfaction
- Immediately addresses complaints and customer service issues or reports them to the line manager for speedy resolution
- Behaves in a polite and friendly manner with passengers and crew members at all times and in all areas of the ship
