Responsibilities:

  • Load materials/products as per requisition form from main store to supply Bar/Crew Bar stock before opening.
  • Clean and set up assigned area according to Bar manual and sanitation rules for service start.
  • Maintain setup, refill drinks/bottles, and continuously clean to ensure service as per Bar manual.
  • Prepare snacks, cut fruits, and garnish cocktails following Bar manual instructions.
  • Clean pantry and Bar area at end of shifts, ensuring spotless readiness for next day.
  • Contribute to safety culture by following safety policies and procedures actively.
  • Prioritize guest and internal client satisfaction, delivering excellent service quality in line with brand positioning.
  • Communicate effectively, work in team, build networks, and demonstrate transparency and respect, considering and respecting diversity.
