- Hold a minimum Engineer Officer of the Watch Certificate of Competency (CoC) or equivalent issued by relevant flag authorities.
- Have a minimum of two years’ experience holding an Engineer Officer of the Watch or equivalent CoC.
- Have been employed with the Company for at least one year.
- Have completed at least one contract onboard the vessel or same class of vessel in an engineering role other than the Designated Engineering Officer in Charge of the EGCS.
